I couldn't believe it when I saw the state of my kettle, the limescale was dreadful. I emptied the kettle and added about 1-fl oz of MPD and filled it with warm water, left it for 30 minutes and to my amazement the scale has completely gone, I have never seen a product that could even do anything like that.
