A friend of minds father has been taken into hospital with Alzheimer's disease. Tragic for him and his family. His father lives alone; his mother died two years ago.
The thing about this story is that I got to start reading around " Alzheimer's" and I found out that if you cannot smell lemons any time after you are 50 or so that is a sign that you may be on the way to developing Alzheimer's. Has any body heard this, I would be interested to know where and if it is true!
You can help yourself if you think that your are getting the disease...but you must start early...more about that tomorrow.
