Aloe Vera and Eczema

Diet is so underestimated in the treatment of skin problems like eczema, yet it can have a profound effect. Try avoiding processed foods, sugars, yeast, wheat, dairy, alcohol, teas, coffee, salts and hot spicy foods.
Eating whole foods- fruit and vegetables, grains, oily fish, pulses, antioxidant rich foods which assist in absorption of nutrients and help remove toxins from the gut. These can be obtained from supermarkets, farm shops and health food stores.
Other factors that help are- exercise, exposure to sunlight, stress reduction, relaxation techniques.Drinking Aloe Vera has also been know to help with eczema.
Right now at http://www.aloeveraexpress.com/ we have a 4 for 3 offer on our drinking gel...go take a look.

Hi,

Thanks for your post. I have read many things about aloe vera and it seems that it can be used to cure several different problems.

Most of the things I have read about it until now is on another aloe vera site

It's not very easy to find aloe vera gel and juice where I live, so the link to your online ecommerce is very useful!

Thanks again!
