I was in a Health Food Shop the other day and there was a poster on the wall saying that in 20 years time there would be at least 20 million people over 100 years old.
I think that is was George Burns who said "If I knew that I was going to life this long I would of taken better care of my self"
In my mind one of the best ways to take care of yourself is to drink Aloe Vera gel.
