By using the clean 9 I lost my 'spare tyre, a total of 8lbs and was thrilled to be able to fit into all the clothes that had been too tight previously. Feeling energised and healthier was such a bonus.
I'm proud of my achievment and would definately recommend this as a great way to a healthier lifestyle.
