Aloe Vera Drink £4

This had to be seen to be belived:

I was in a London Market on Christmas Eve: just wandering round enjoying the sights and sounds ( I love markets ) and I came across this stall that was covered with Aloe Vera leaves. They had all the blurb about the beniefits of Aloe Vera and all that jazz and what they were selling was ; Aloe Vera Juice for £4 a glass.......they juiced it and you drank it there on the spot.

If you went down there everyday for the month the drink would do you a world of good....but woul cost you £120 ($240) for a months supply.

Still what the market person was saying was truth....if you have your own aloe vera plant you can make your own daily drink...here in the UK it is differcult to have plants enough to do that unless you have a good size green house for the winter months....if any body grows there own I would like to hear about it.
